wow! Who knew it had been that long ago. Tuesday, the 14th. Ah, now it's coming back to me. I ran to the gym and did a quick workout. I think it was 20 min arc trainer and 20 min on the bike. You actually inspired me to do some intervals during the bike... too bad I didn't think of this until the last 5 min of my workout.
New floor in the gym is lame. My bike was bouncing. OH well!
