I was going to skip today since I think I injured my right calf a bit jumping rope... but at the last minute Cori was talking about going for a walk so off we went!
Went to civic center... not bad not good... it was a little cold and Cori got really grumpy toward the end. :(

ReplyDeleteFriday was my first workout since I got sick with Strep... It's been over a week.
I thought I would go in and do a light cardio, but ended up really pushing a 20 min interval in the eliptical, then biked for 10 and walked on a steep incline for 10. I felt fresh again! But I didn't push it and went home feelin good. Still exhuasted from being sick and on too many damn meds.
