R - gym FAST!

Well, after feeling like a bum over the weekend I did go to the gym.  I felt AWESOME when I got there.  All caffienated and energetic.  Didn't have much tie since we were due at a b-day party at 10:00 am.

Originally, I was going to do 30 min of crazy cardio but then I just decided to lift instead:

5 min maniac warm-up on arc trainer
4 rounds:
10 burpees
10 horizontal push-ups
10 floor wipers

ok the burpees killed me and the floor wipers didn't exactly make it all the way to the floor but it was a decent workout! 

Got on the scale...  don't know why... guess I was just curious.  I have definitely put on some winter pounds.  Guess we all need a little extra padding in the winter.  ;)
