Alright, was only gonna do a light but long cardio at the Ymca today so when Cole kept throwing fits I figured we wouldn't go to the Y and I would try the Wii =)
It was fun- i earned 1 hour and 10 minutes/ "credits"
30 minutes before Cole's nap and 40 minutes during his nap.
The hoola hooping was actually the hardest!
I ran in place as well.
Plus did the aerobic step (very low step... I was sweating but probably from the other excersizes ;)
did 2 yoga balance practices with it as well.... that's it! but it was fun, I did get very sweaty, so I think it was actually working me out! =)
