R - Walk/Run!

YEAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Awesome weather.  I ended up getting a glorious hour with just me and Frankie today!!!!!  We walked/ran around lake frank!  It was such a nice treat.  Insanely awesome.. man it's the little things I tell ya! :)
