Okay, really didn't want to run, but wanted to do cardio for an hour today, so I figured, "what the hell?"
Inerval/sprint running on treadmill....
25 minutes, 2 miles. (1 minute at 3.1 then 2 minutes at 6.1-7.0)
Potty break as I was ready to puke =P Blaaaa.
Felt like running again... just to see if I could lol
20 minutes, 1.67 miles.
Finished with eliptical, interval, 15 minutes.
I am sooo happy to know that I can run a 12.5 minute mile. I know it's not very impressive to most runners, but to me, I now KNOW that I can run... I can actually start training to run more/faster =)
