A- Running =) Tues the 15th

Ran for 2 15 minute increments- interval style ( had to take a potty break at the 15 mark uuhg)
Walked 3.1 for 1 minute and ran for 2 minutes 6.1.  Made it much easier to keep form and go for such a long time.  I normally don't go longer than 20 minutes =)

Then did 20 min on the stair master- level 7, fat burner. Loved it!

medicine ball planks (hands on ball) with unilateral leg tucks... (bringing each leg under me for 10 reps)  Did 3 sets of this.
Between these sets I did handstands against the wall.  Love the balancing =)
