A- Wed Legs, cardio

went with Chris again, but sent him to do his own thing on the machines...

Bar bell (the slider one on the rack) Squats- - toes out, wide stance...  Loved it, but it sorta pinched the tops of my rods so I won't be doing that again...   20 pounds total, 13 reps, 3 sets.

Supersetted-
 jumping lunges.  3 sets of 20.
and low wide side to side squats.- 30 no weights. these I did 4 sets of.

then the arc trainer for 20 minutes.  again, i quick one...
